Clean Up Your Outlook Inbox

Running out of Space? Inbox clutter becoming a burden?

Microsoft Outlook can intelligently move all your redundant messages to the trash. No sweat. The “Conversation Clean Up” feature will remove already read, duplicate messages from a message thread. This clears space and frees your inbox.

To remove redundant messages:

  1. On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Clean Up
  2. Click Clean Up Folder & Subfolders All conversations in the selected folder and any folder inside will be reviewed and redundant messages deleted

To change Conversation Clean Up options:

  1. Click the File tab
  2. Click Options
  3. Click Mail
  4. Under Conversation Clean Up, modify any of the following options
